High Fructose Corn Syrup
I think I posted an article several months ago telling you how bad hfcs was for you. They just came out with this study basically saying it has the same effect as sugar (which isn’t saying much). It’s in everything, and if it’s one of the first ingredients then you should steer clear anyway. Bottom line is too much of any kind of sugar isn’t good for you (damn I love sweets!)
